IMPORTANT: OMS II students only need to register for and attend ONE IPE event for CEPA 201 credit.

Sports Physicals Event – Provo High School

Join us for a Sports Physicals Event supporting student-athletes from Provo High School!

This large-scale event will provide sports physicals for high school athletes. Participants will work alongside students and faculty from other healthcare professions, including physician assistants, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and more.

IMPORTANT CREDIT INFORMATION:
Registration and attendance will be tracked through CampusGroups. Students must register for this event in CampusGroups and attend the event to receive attendance credit.

The corresponding assignment will be located in CEPA 201. Students must complete the CEPA 201 assignment in addition to attending the event. The assignment due date is December 8, 2026.

Both CampusGroups attendance confirmation and completion of the CEPA 201 assignment are required to receive credit.
