Noorda CARES – IPE Opportunity

Noorda CARES is Noorda-COM’s health outreach program focused on Community, Awareness, Resources, Education, and Service.

As part of this elementary school outreach event, students will participate in an interprofessional education experience alongside physical therapy students. Working as a team, participants will conduct musculoskeletal and/or neurological health screenings for children at a local elementary school.

Students will receive event instructions upon arrival and will work in interprofessional teams to complete health screenings throughout the scheduled outreach period.

This service opportunity provides hands-on experience in interprofessional collaboration while supporting the health and wellness of children in the community.
